Pros

Ability to see and connect with any part of the business you have interest in. Supply chain to software development to UX design. Generally speaking you have ability to network and learn from all groups Benefits package is nice

Cons

Location, diversity, people that base their perspective of industry and work solely from “Deere” perspective. In some teams it makes it difficult to really think differently. It’s changing a bit slowly.
