Pros

Strong traditional company with loyal US based customers. Large company which offers employees diverse opportunities to grow their career.

Cons

New management is in place and making lots of changes. Deere needs to get back to their core values of Commitment, Quality, and Commitment. Leadership needs to focus on employees as they differentiate the company.

Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

Struggling with how to transform their business. Digital transformation is a challenge. The company is beholden to the stockholder at the price of their employees.
