This company does not value kindness nor work/life balance. The west coast regional manager was knowingly very mean. they treat you like your job is to cure cancer. They don’t care about their customers, would expect you to cut them off very quickly then ask you why we don’t have good business. My impression during the interview process was a completely different experience on the inside. you’re not valued, appreciated, or trusted. If you’re an imperfect human being I would not advise applying for this position.

Absolutely nothing. Not even worth putting in at least 5 words.

Cons

- Family owned business so there’s a ton of families working there and people referring their families. Be careful of what you say or the whole company will come for you. - All the women here do is gossip - Lot if shady business going on (didn’t even have an HR, no handbook, underpaid employees by not meeting minimum wage standards, hiring illegal immigrants, so much more!) - legit smells like dog food in here everyday because of the bacon factory nearby
