Pros
The clothes are so beautiful, and we got a very generous discount. The details in the pieces are extraordinary, this is why the pieces are pricey. And if you want quality clothing, this is why it costs more than normal retail stores. Many people would love the clothing, but when they saw the prices, they would leave the store without purchasing anything. The sales would bring in people.
Cons
Very difficult to stand for an entire shift. Sometimes there was no one in the store, but we were still required to stand. Our regional manager was able to spy on us from the store’s cameras, to make sure we were all still standing. It made the shift seem to last forever. If someone entered the store, we would all stand up to help them, so I don’t understand why we had to remain standing with nothing to do. The floor was hard, too.
