The Madison Ave store in NYC is awful. New Hires are taken advantage of. There is rampant stealing of sales or assigning the best clients / the worst clients so that individual numbers appear higher and better than they actually are. And even after causing the store to get a failing grade for the "mystery shopper" there was preferential treatment continuing to be given. Multiple new hires even quit the same week due to bullying. New hires are given the worst schedules/shifts and expected to cover call outs or no shows last minute, which was constantly. The worst place I have ever worked. The pay is also dismal.

No one micromanages you ever. You could take a two hour break and no one would notice. the only department that has their stuff together is shipping department

Cons

No one likes there job everyone complains about their job or their superior the bathrooms are gross you want something done from a different department tell them two weeks before you need it done because thats how long it takes bad returns department theres only 2 reps in the customer service department in case you're wondering why it takes two months for a customer assistance
