Our employees are the heart of our organization, and we are committed to delivering a best-in-class workplace that thrives on accountability – accountability amongst our teams and to our goals. We support our employees through competitive compensation and benefits packages, and investment in professional development for those who wish to grow with us. As a result with have many employees across our organization that have an impressive tenure. While we are always striving to bring greater diversity and inclusivity into all of our locations, 100% of the workforce at the McDonough, GA location self-reports as non-white; and 25% reports as female. We also have a largely diverse staff for percentage of veterans and those with disabilities. Diversity is also well represented in both facility and organizational leadership.
