Very little training was given when told we'd have 6 weeks to train. You have to have a LOT of knowledge on products before being on the phone with a customer. Very micro managed and if youre sick or lets say, the weather is preventing you from coming into work, unless you have PTO, you'll get fired. It doesn't matter how much you invest yourself in the company, they can and will replace you. Let's say you find out at work that your very close family member committed suicide, but they arent immediate..too bad. You need to stay for your shift and hold in your tears.
Youre not a person here. Youre a number. Dont believe the lies they tell you in the beginning of them being family oriented.
