Pros

The culture is good but sometimes the company does not commit properly to the culture. Pay and people are solid and lots of opportunity.

Cons

Lack of actual empathy for workers sometimes as well as pay could be better. Work life balance is 50 50 sometimes decent and sometimes awful.

Great advice and we couldn't agree more that a coach can make or break a team. We're sorry to hear your experience may not have been the Johnsonville Way IRL and we will continue to coach our coaches and provide learning opportunities for them to succeed in helping their members and teams do the same. Thanks for taking the time to give us a review and a chance to improve.
