Johnsonville really supports professional and personal development. The only limit is your willingness to identify and ask for opportunities. Work-life balance is also fantastic, allowing you to take off as is reasonable for personal appointment or family things.

Cons

In some departments, you have people who have been there 15+ years, and sometimes the only way to advance is be at the company for a really long time, with less weight put on actual merit.
