Pros

There aren't many anymore. This company has changed drastically for the worse since new leadership the last few years. I only selected 1 star because I had to choose at least one. For Pros, I would say that They take safety and quality very seriously. They have a good brand.

Cons

The new leadership has completely changed the vibe/culture of the company (lots of chiefs). Favoritism is through the roof! They make a decision to close a plant, lose great talent (turn people's lives upside down) and then keep it open! Teams are so lean (not enough Indians) that work/life balance is horrible. And geez, just make a decision. Timey decisions are extremely hard to come by lately and communication is terrible. They tell us to be candid and coach up but how are you treated after doing so? 20 year old employees can be candid and will be listened to but anyone over 40, be careful!

Thanks for sharing your feedback here but more importantly we hope you're sharing your concerns with your coach, business partner and/or the plant director. Creating a positive and inclusive culture is what this company has been recognized for over decades and as you know, a strong company culture is the most important work to be done. We will work hard to always improve!

Pros

Pay for the area, great coworkers. I didn't mind the location. The new GHQ building was really nice, but in these roles you work in the plant office.

Cons

Horrendous workload, plan to work on your PTO even after a major surgery. There's no back up coverage plan and management does not understand when you really need a break from the high stress or need to pick up and babysit a sick child or have dinner plans. Leadership never worked in our roles and they keep bringing in outside people without experience in our role so we have to teach the coach. People who have the senior analyst role are stuck and can't get into new roles. Having to start at 5am for plant work when your regular schedule is 8am.
