Culture is eroding quickly

Pros

The people I work with directly, the benefits, and the ability and support to take advantage of learning and development opportunities.

Cons

There is an ever growing disconnect at the “corporate” level vs. members that work in the plants. Double speak is seen often. Tout great culture and want members to have work life balance but then just demand more overtime. This has just been exacerbated with the pandemic with most “corporate” folks working from home. Decisions made at this level often do not set up plants for success. It saddens me to write this because it wasn’t always this way.

Pros

Average pay average benefits including bonuses

Cons

This company has an outstanding philosophy but actions are contradictory. ie if your sick stay home but if you don't come to work you will be reprimanded. Also ... they proclaim 1 safety 2 quality 3 productivity but in reality its production than safety than quantity. They are proud to be a family business but couldn't care less if it's your family.

We're really disappointed to hear your experience! If members are sick, we do want them to stay home and have updated our attendance policy to encourage this. Your comments have been shared with the Member Services team.
