Johnsonville is family-owned company that makes awesome tasting sausage products. We have a beautiful corporate headquarters, located next to a few of our manufacturing plants, and a work culture that is sought after by CEO's and BOD's around the world. We use the business to build the people, not using people to build the business. I have stretched and grown beyond what I ever could have imagined...and I love it here!

Cons

Some would say that our rural setting is not for them, but that's because they haven't experienced it yet. We're a short commute from the Milwaukee suburbs, so that shouldn't be a factor. This is a great place to work and raise a family.

Best place I've ever worked! Great people and great benefits. Lots of perks too--fitness center, on-site chiropractor, on-site cafe, and a lot more.

Cons

Rural location can be a downside for big-city lovers.
