Pros

Truly a company that cares about its people. Leadership sets an example of living the Johnsonville Way and treating others with respect and kindness. There are wonderful opportunities to advance your career and grow personally. The indirect compensation is wonderful and includes: profit sharing, 401K, tuition assistance, scholarships, wellness programs, and other fun/helpful programs and perks. The bonus program is generous as well. Brand new fitness facility, and coworkers that connect with and care about each other.

Cons

Growth can be a challenge, but it is one of the best challenges to have!

Pros

Great empowering environment!!! They truly believe in making "Members" aka Employees successful in their roles, and are committed to developing Members.

Cons

Seasonal work for the Manufacturing plants. Meaning busy in Spring and Summer and slow months in late fall and Winter.

Pros

Our mission says it all, to create an environment that requires each of us to fully develop our God-given talents and help others to do the same. You are given the autonomy to make decisions on things that impact your day to day work within the strategic priority and direction of Johnsonville. Members and coaches work together to identify solutions. We are a learning organization, when mistakes are made (which is often, because we are stretching and growing) they are used as learning opportunities and not a stick. The Johnsonville Way is not just words on the wall, but used by members to drive their day to day actions and behaviors.

Cons

If you are not looking for a place that expects you to be great, this is not the place for you. We can help you be even better than you think you can be, but you have to put in the time, effort and supply the desire to be great.
