The "malibu of the Midwest" might not be near a big airport which means direct flights are a bit limited, but being located along Lake Michigan is treat, right?!

I really feel as though I am involved in making decisions that impact the company at high levels. I am encouraged to try new things. There is plenty of room for advancement. I started out making sure.there are 5 brats on a tray now I'm in a leadership role.

Cons

One the plants is on a 24/7 schedule. You are guaranteed to work every other Saturday and Sunday.
