Great corporate culture. Everyone is very friendly and willing to offer help and advice. Coaching and team building makes it easy to adjust to a new position.

Cons

Work environment can be very hectic towards month end. As employees become increasingly busy, mood seems to not be as positive. But this is the same with any company.

One of the best places I've ever worked. Opportunities to grow, stretch and learn new things are around every corner. Excellent benefits program that includes an opportunity for bonus. Members are helpful & friendly.
