      Executive leadership has zero clue how to run a business. Only care about how to increase their own paychecks at the expense of everyone else.

      My fellow coworkers are awesome

      The pay sucks and is the lowest in town for ccma's. Full time is only 36 hours and you absolutely cannot get overtime.

      They give you a paycheck, that’s about it.

      Cons

      The people working here are mean. Managers don’t know what they doing. Staff treat each other and patients bad. Nobody listens. The healthcare ain’t good. They break rules like it’s no big deal. Bosses clap for each other even when everything’s a mess. They think they doing good but it’s all wrong—like swimming in poop and calling it a mud bath. This management team couldn’t find their way out of a parking lot and they’d get lost in a parade.
