      4 day work schedule is helpful

      Cons

      Attendance requirements have changed to be the same as any other company. However the pay is not competitive and they don't pay enough. The work load is horrendous and management will not hire the staff required. You'll be expected to do the work of 3 people on the salary of 1/2 a person.
