Terrible place to work!!!. Oh and to remind you this was my very first job. Since I been there I've had sales taking from me. I was bribed to help other people make their goal!! I was the TRUE TEAM player in my store even when the S.O.P.S was something I should pay more attention to, I didnt. I gave my last to my team and now im laid off. OH WHAT FUN :) the DM let me go but expect me to come back for Holidays. Thats where yall went wrong. On top of that, hella hours no pay!! Your check will be $200 for working near 36 hours. Thats why I couldnt take the job serious and I was the ALLSTAR out my whole group. You have no life with this job. You work all day and ,take about $40 on top of Genesco digging deep in your pocket taking out big numbers for taxes. I WOULD NEVER recommend this job.

Working here was such a terrible experience for me that I don't ever want to buy anything from there again! The most I ever made on a check was $211! They need to raise up the pay and stop worrying so much about socks and accessories! You are required to push those items to customers and they don't understand that if customers don't want to buy them then there's nothing we can do about it! You get written up if you don't make your goal and by the third one you're gone! You have to bring out four shoes to customers just in case they don't like the shoes that they picked out, commission is nothing, its just a terrible place to work. My advice: STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
