      Journeys Shoes, good job to develop work ethic, bad job if seeking advancement

      Pros

      The company had a generous discount and flexible work hours. Provided an opportunity in which to socially interact with a diverse customer base.

      Cons

      Very few, if any, paths for advancment within company unless you manage a retail location for at least a year, regardless of any type of college business degree earned. The company does not appreciate those employees whom have worked for multiple years or provide pay rates applicable to ones perfomance or quality of work.
