      Pros

      Awesome discount. Honestly, that's about it.

      Cons

      Terrible hours, managers steal sales, always being sent to do drags, and I had three mangers while I was there. Two quit and one went on to be a DM. I was only there for 5 months and in that time, everyone quit. I was the sole person from the time I was hired.

      Absolutely no pros to this job.

      Cons

      They hired me and i worked for a week and kept asking when we were getting a schedule and then my manager finally said that we were just going to do call ins. I was never explained to about any benefits, hours, rules or anything. The employees treat customers like they are invisible and its so rude! They didn't even fire me or let me go, they just never contacted me after that one week of working there.

      Pros

      Nice people, flexible hours, no dress code, good job for social people, commission, good discount. The people who work there are great, and so is the fact that you can wear whatever you want. It's a very casual store, and making commission encourages you to work harder. A 40% discount doesn't hurt, either.

      Cons

      Disorganized management, stock room is dangerous, high-stress, low pay. I've fallen off a ladder more than a few times, and when the stock room is as disorganized as it is, it makes finding shoes in a timely manner extremely difficult.
