Pros

Great environment, the customers are awesome and the pay is enough for you not to quit.

Cons

The Higher Ups seriously take their orders from a crappy DM who cares nothing about your job. Claims to hate drama but talks about every manager like a little school girl. Fakes audits and runs people away. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL!

Pros

The setting used to be very relaxed and simple. The employee discount was nice as well. Schedules can be pretty flexible, especially for part time.

Cons

The way they ask you to sell I feel like is a little too forceful. When I was there, we had to bring out 5 pairs of shoes to EVERY customer. I felt like it was a little extreme and pushy for people. My branch promoted people that didn't deserve it because they were "friends" outside of work, even with no prior experience.

Pros

Great benefits and fun work environment. They were pretty flexible with hours and other employees were willing to help eachother.

Cons

If there was a problem in the store between employees, management didn't take serious matters seriously. When regional managers came to visit they saw it as a time to party. You can't take this company seriously
