      Store discount, reasonable/flexible dress code, good music/atmosphere

      Cons

      Commission that = liveable wage very hard to achieve, poor overall company management, push staff to harass customers in order to reach KPIs or they are fired, ridiculous hours/scheduling.

      - If your team is good it'll be fun - 40% discount - Chill management for the most part and chill environment

      Cons

      - you don't really make a commission - don't give raises - expected to do the same amount of work as a co-manager - the company only gives perks and rewards to store management. Bonuses only go to your store manager and co-manager even though you as a sales lead are expected to sell almost as much as them
