      Manager was always a bully. Even to customers

      literally nothing. Higher management doesn't do anything to make proper changes for sales associates

      Cons

      everything is based on your sales. & if you didn't meet your sales quota, you were pushed and bullied and told that you weren't doing enough. Like it's a shoe store. I understand sales are important, but supporting your staff and giving them positive encouragement works WAY better than being a mean bully. Was getting texts at 8am from the manager about everything that was done wrong the night before for closing, whether it was me or not who closed. She would be argumentative with customers and extremely rude. Cannot believe that these are the people that are ones who are put into power. Retail management needs to do better.
