      Pros

      Casual and fun co-workers. Most of the people I worked with were super friendly and willing to help you sell if you are new.

      Cons

      SOPs- very hard to reach and demanding. Not very reliastic... just because someone is buying shoes, it does not necessarily mean that they are willing to pay $10 for 4 pairs of socks.

      shoe discount, you have a job, co workers are awesome and understand

      Cons

      In management they over work you, base pay with commission (41 hours in 3 days no sales), they expect you to succeed with base training, follow policy only when it seems fit, expect you to increase 5% on your month when your co doesn't care (54 dollar sale on a Friday). "We promote from within" only to burn you out and hate your job. Their LP is a joke 10 g's in lost inventory 3 months after an audit?
