Coworkers, and very flexible break schedule.

Cons

work life balance, as well as incompetent managers. Including store and district managers.

the employee discount was good. i liked not having uniforms

crappy pay for vigorous work. the discount is limited. managers have chips on their shoulders

Pros

They provide us with 40% off everything including sales items. Also you are able to use your discount at Lids as well. Meeting new people and training young kids how to sale and provide great customer service.

Cons

Longs hours for management. You're not able to have Saturdays off ever: unless you make provisions with your DM. You never work less than 45 hours a week. Base pay is very disrespectful to management for the work we do. RM DM ASM expectations more times than not go unvoiced causing Store Managers and CoManagers guessing how should they run their stores. Policy and procedures are implemented on a as needed bases.
