Pros
There wasn't a whole lot to do and the job stress was very minimal. It didn't take much our of you and there was a lot of laid back time to just chat and kinda do whatever.
Cons
The SOPs are a little ridiculous. They required a 1.0 sock to shoe ratio, so for each pair of shoes you sell, you need to sell one pair of socks. If you get 1 in 5 customers to buy a 5 pack you win, but customers rarely want to buy socks. Secondly, 25% of your sales volume has to be sales comprised of multiple shoes. While that's easier for families your typical customer wants one pair and they want what they want. Additionally, 10% of your sales have to be accessories which Journeys does a bad job of keeping stocked and their buyers struggle to keep up with trends. All of this makes meeting your SOPs every week a bit of a chore.
