Pros

Laid back? I'm really having a hard time coming up with anything positive to say. At all. I hated this place.

Cons

Completely disorganized. I was told I'd make commission and after hire was told that I only get commission if I can sell $100 with of shoes every hour I'm scheduled. I sometimes wouldn't even get my first customer until I had been there for three hours... My DM was a pushover and had no authority. Nobody followed the rules. It was super sketchy. I got out as soon as I could. I did not feel comfortable working for this company.

Pros

Great discount perks. Open environment and they strive to give people with Mods a good place to get a job. Definitely only a place to work part time if you can help it. Not good for a long term career. The commission based Manager and Co-manager positions will run you into the ground.

Cons

Once you get down to the nitty gritty of the company, they don't know how to train their leaders and unfortunately they will work you to the bone with LONG hours on a commission based salary.
