      make you do way to much for minimum wage. Expect you to work crazy hours for no money.

      Good Vision yet No Work-Life Balance

      Pros

      They have a great 40% discount on full price/sale merchandise. Cool, fun environment.

      Cons

      As a manager we worked 55+ work weeks (with one day off). If someone called out you missed your day off if there is no coverage for you on the alternate days. Unrealistic expectations for over worked/under paid assistants. The opportunity to be promoted seemed to be based on how much you were willing to sacrifice your life to keep the store in great standing, and sales. Horrible bc we already worked a scheduled 55 hrs yet be expected to stay longer or come earlier to make a reasonable paycheck since we were commission based.
