      It was fast paced, with great discounts, and also the pay was okay.

      Pros

      It is a fun easy going environment. You develop a great relationship with your co-workers and meet new customers on a daily basis. Lots of room for advancement.

      Cons

      Starting off the pay may not seem very good but once you advance you really start to see some good salaries.

      The only good thing about it the discount. Nothing else!

      Everything! First off when I had my interview with the DM of the store he was on the phone the whole time. I even said something about it and he just ignored it. Was a part timer for four day and got offered co-manager the next day. I should have never taken it. They only care about SOP's and making their money. Yes I understand making money is important but the customer is never happy if we keep pushing them to buy socks!! The pay sucks and people love to steal sells ugh. Also you have to work 6 days a week never had a weekend off nor a break.
