      Pros

      They have some cute shoes. Pay was good during christmas. The customers were nice for the most part.

      Cons

      no work/life balance. During the holidays, we were forced to work 12-14 hour shifts, 6 days a week with only one 30 minute break. For all of those hours worked, i was making the same as I do at my current job at 40 hours a week. There was also constant fighting over sales. Once the holidays were over, the store was always dead so you were only making your base bay, which was next to nothing.

      The workers can be cool Pretty good discount-40% Lax dress code... Cool variety of music

      Cons

      No hours to enjoy your discount Do all the work? Still threatened to be fired for sops Every pair of shoes, needs a sock sale Your hours are based off sales, which get stolen Management makes you work in the back but gets mad that your sales are low Every mistake gets blamed on you, no matter what
