Pros
Friendly environment- I gurantee you will never find a friendler work environment. Good Management- All managers strive to better their associates and focus on your individual strengths and weaknesses to help you become a better sales person. Lax dress code- Great if you have tattoos or prefer not to have a uniform Discount- 40% off Sperrys, Ugs, Vans, etc. there's something for everyone.
Cons
The higher up you go the worse the pay becomes. At some point the amount of hours you're required to put in is not worth the insulting pay. If its not "season" and you're not an associate making minimum wage you're in management with no option but to work overtime making minimum wage hourly and FAR less than minimum wage for overtime.
