Pros

If your great at selling, you have the chance to make tons of money. Co workers are great to work with. There is no dress code as far as what I've seen.

Cons

They make you work 55+ hours a week for mangers positions. with only one day off. You can get fired for not meeting sops. which is how many socks and multi pairs of shoes you sell. they expect you to be there unless your dying or you just quit.

Pros

Great discount and awesome free product from time to time.

Cons

No work/ life balance what so ever. Crazy hours with only one day off. Pay is iffy when it comes to overtime and commission. Pay is not worth the time and effort put in. Constant upper management changes which makes it hard for promotion. Promised promotions that never come.
