Pros

The only pro I can think of is the discount you get off the shoes, which is a given.

Cons

Low pay, hardly any hours, the store manager never made an official schedule, constantly had to call in to know when I was working, worked only 4hours every other week, over crowded and often unorganized back stock.

Pros

The team, whether local or district was a big community. We were supposed to have fun, but at the same time meet and exceed sales goals. Where else could you wear jeans, a hat, and a tee, and still make money? Also, they really prepared you for sales positions in the future, whether it be with them or other companies. Several procedures like 4 on the floor, socks and shoes, and keeping a positive outlook, and really treating the customer like a guest and not "selling" the product, but positively encouraging products, while still taking input from customers helped you be successful not only in life, but also in sales.

Cons

There really wasn't any, Honestly my favorite job to this day.

Pros

Discount on awesome shoes, cool work environment. Freedom to be who you are. Company has good core values. excellent benefits.

Cons

If you work 55+ hours a week, divided by your paycheck amount, you are barely working for minimum wage. Upper Management is terrible, no communication what so ever. They push you to hard to sell, to the point that customers get so annoyed. There sales strategy is not geared for the customer its geared toward and only corporate greed
