      Run away fast

      Pros

      Laid back dress code, "fun" atmosphere and music, cool product with a great discount

      Cons

      NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE for managers. Store Managers are forced to work 50-60 hour weeks, including long shifts alone due to lack of payroll in lower volume stores. Focus on "SOPs" (standards of performance) measurables becoming extreme to the point of employees buying socks out of pocket to avoid getting fired and turning away sales volume to keep % in line to keep their jobs.

      The people you work with are awesome, Thats what I'll miss the most.

      Cons

      Higher ups do little to give praise when good work is done but when you aren't preforming at your best they will demand you do better. Pay is basically minimum wage for 60 hour weeks, there were times where i have gotten less than minimum wage which is saying something for a full time management position. Hours are long and don't allow for a social life outside of work, forget having time for a family this Job will consume your life.

      40% discount on everything relaxed dress code

      Cons

      when part time, not enough hours when full time, too many hours commission is only 4% Salary is abysmal for the amount of hours managers are expected to work no raises too much pressure for sales when entire mall is under performing lack of upward mobility - you will only really peak at store manager if you can live off the salary
