Pros
A fun experience with awesome coworkers and fun product. A pretty good discount, and a super relaxed dress code. A super easy entry level job, and a good company to work for. No elevator music, they have good music that fits the style of the store. But the CDs can start to repeat enough times to become painful! Sidenote: Discount worked at other Genesco-owned brands as well, like Lids.
Cons
I didn't like one of the managers, but that was just a personal thing. She just wasn't nice. The store I worked at was in a mall that was practically dead, so the customers were few and far between, making meeting goals difficult.
