Pros

Extremely easy going dress code. Great discount. Awesome atmosphere.

Cons

SOPs, which would be selling socks, accessories and such, anything but shoes, are very crucial, but are often hard to sell. Since managers get paid off commission and PTs don't (unless we make it, which is very hard) they often steal our sales.

Pros

You can dress casually. Visible tattoos/piercings are permitted. Various upbeat music while you're working. Sales associates were very motivated. Had very few problems with insubordination from sales associates. Most of them understood what was expected of them & liked to work. I only left the company because I moved.

Cons

Paychecks were late almost every time by at least a day, which was frustrating. However, this may have just been the fault of the postal service formatting at the mall & not the company itself, & hopefully by now this issue has been resolved.
