Pros

Fun and casual environment Very close, family like work environment Encourages you to improve and be the best sales you can be Great for learning and experience

Cons

Can be a little challenging and demanding as a first-time job because there is a lot to learn and get used to, not just your typical retail sales job because it actually requires you to approach and sell to a customer.

Pros

Very welcoming and easy going yet structured. Promotes team-work with some healthy competition in sales goals with co-workers.

Cons

They hand out promotions very easily which is good in some cases if they are well deserved. Yet I only expierenced the down sides. I was hired as a co-manager with a manager that had even less expierence in management I, and no retail expirence which made for a difficult work relationship.
