Pros

40% Discount on shoes Cool music

Cons

- Insulting wages. As a Co - Manager I made 225 a week plus commission. Key holders end up making more as they are hourly. Co Managers are expected to do everything Managers do at half the pay. - On average worked 50 to 72 hours a week (on salary). Was told I cannot leave until I made unrealistic budget. By staying later, mgmt then takes away from part timers who are treated as a dime a dozen. - Was instructed to write up part timers 3 times in one shift, and fire for not making budget or selling socks/accessories/multiples, didn't go through with it, but did have to let go of some very hard working people with bad luck - Entire district were regularly called pathetic via company emails.

Pros

Absolutely no pros to this job.

Cons

They hired me and i worked for a week and kept asking when we were getting a schedule and then my manager finally said that we were just going to do call ins. I was never explained to about any benefits, hours, rules or anything. The employees treat customers like they are invisible and its so rude! They didn't even fire me or let me go, they just never contacted me after that one week of working there.

Pros

Cool coworkers, laid back environment, if you have no bills to pay, it's the job for you. My co-manager is the only person that could be counted on.

Cons

-SOP's are complete nonsense -You have to suck up to management -NO ONE WANTS TO BUY SOCKS -You are aware at all times you are expendable -Never any sales or promotions on certain products -Management is immature, upper and lower. They have no kids so they act like them.
