45 hour minimum work weeks, terrible pay to work ratio, "corporate math" was invented here. Horrible job security. They will work you to the bone and pay you federal minimum wage for your overtime. The commission isn't worth it on the best weeks, and you're responsible for everything that happens especially for store managers. Stealing? Fired. Sales not up to standard? Fired. Snow storm and no one comes in except to get out of the cold? Fired. Employee walks out with money from the register while you're not even there? Super fired. Even part timers with 4 hours a week get fired for not making thousands and they don't even get a whisper of commission. Oh yeah and breaks? Unpaid. You're there from open to close (10.5 hours) and trust me, it's not sustainable in the slightest.
