The company over works their employees and under pays them. In the short year and a half I worked as a manager, I was forced to miss so many family functions and life events. Store managers are not only in charge of scheduling, store maintenance, and hiring and firing staff, you are expected to maintain a personal sales goal that's usually higher than anyone else in the store because you are the one working the most. During the slow months, you will work 9-9 by yourself because the company will not allow you to staff anyone else.
