I loved working with the families

They were very terrible with the schedules and availability, never had a set schedule and always gave me backup shifts, I’m a student so school was my priority when I expressed that and told them I need better hours, they gave me less and would to go suspend me when I couldn’t confirm last minute shifts, and also send me 40+ miles out.

There is no lack of cons they have benefits and 401k plans.
