Where can I begin - I know the economy is tough right now and finding a job may feel impossible but I promise, it’s not worth the headache and misery this place will bring you. Please take seriously all the negative reviews they are genuinely trying to warn you! If you bring up concerns, not your manager, not HR, no one will help you! It will more than likely penalize YOU! The CTO literally will make your life miserable if you don’t belong to his inner circle. He’s so pompous with his higher than thou mentality, most people leave because of him. Apparently there’s a team that works so many hours it’s unhealthy. HR lol if you bring up anything concerning guess what your getting an ambush call between them and your manager. God forbid you feel any type of harassment or discrimination, sayonara! You ask a simple question about your benefits and the benefits lady thinks she’s too good to answer you. Literally the most expensive place I’ve ever had to pay for. lol they pat themselves on the back because they offer “unlimited” PTO, guess what on your first day, they tell you, surprise! You should only be taking 10 days your first year, LESS if you start later in the year - W T F. Why do you even offer it then?? Not to mention they also track everything anything you do on your laptop. It’s not worth it! Run away before it’s too late…
