Pros

This is the best decision I have made in my career. The Company's mission makes you want to get on board. I've never met a more team focused, collaborative fun place to work. Everyone genuine likes working with each other which is hard to find. There are no egos, just very bright engineers and leaders who want to do right by their customers and the industry. The diversity is very broad here and to see the different backgrounds, bringing different perspectives to solving the industries problems is what I think will keep the company ahead of the curve.

This company stands by their mission. There is so much potential to grow and leadership wants their employees to thrive. The pay matches tour workflow and then some. Employees are constantly recognized for the hard work they put in which is refreshing. It is absolutely a family environment. Fully remote as well.

WLB is solid, and the company's mission is very interested and exciting. Interesting tech problems exist.

No onboarding plan bait and switch with job responsibilities openly discriminatory professes strong collaborative culture, but then all the leaders keep their silos Production system errors constantly and only a few people actually work on it Very unprofessional environment. The comments in the code bash customers, ex-employees, and swear left and right.
