The best part of working at Capital RX is knowing that my experience is looked at as a positive interaction every time I speak with anyone in the company. The leaders show that they care by placing the needs of the members and employees first. The leaders provides us with a weekly company meeting that keeps us up to date on the direction of the company. I have worked in PBM for more than 25 years and have never seen a company ran this way. Capital RX is standing for what their mission states Working together, we can rebuild trust in the healthcare system. This employer provides the best benefits package. They also provide benefits to assist with building your home office gym activities etc.

Capital Rx is not your traditional PBM. They have brought something fresh and new to Pharmacy and to Healthcare in general. They value not only their clients, but their employees as well.
