      The Best Company I've Ever Worked For

      Pros

      I've been with JSMD since 2020. The Administration & my colleagues are all so dedicated and great people. Frequent team meetings for communication and an innovative culture! I hope to be here for a long time.

      Cons

      I drive 2 hours each way to get there and even so, it is worth it.

      - Nice coworkers - Company is always expanding (maybe a negative because they don’t have the support they need for current employees)

      Cons

      - Employees feel micromanaged - Low pay scale - Not great benefits - Short staffed so difficult finding coverage - HR department needs massive improvement, at times seems unethical and have to fight everything
