      Pros

      Great idea/concept in care. Believe in the original foundation of the company and what they are trying to achieve. Hours are great. Learn a lot in a clinical setting. Somewhat Decentralized mgmt style allows for some discretion and anonymity.

      Cons

      Poor upper mgmt, operations and leadership. Right arm does not know what left arm is doing. Horrible pay in current market. No transparency, new policies are constantly being passed along with context or reason why. Constantly feel like company is about to go under.

      Pros

      Kind and supportive coworkers, rewarding relationships with patients, honest and scientifically-backed work when it comes to successful preventative care.

      Cons

      Every day you feel disrespected by upper management. They seem to have no interest in how the company actually runs and push numbers so hard that you see many employees sacrificing their own moral values and working without pay under the pressure. The turnaround rate is sky high because working here kills your self-respect and many hires are newly graduated practitioners just looking to acquire some experience. Unless you really stand up for yourself, you will be overworked and underpaid.
