      Pros

      Truly committed to making the best dog food possible. Constantly looking to improve the process, in line with their values. Kind of an entrepreneurial place - they're willing to try pretty much any marketing idea/event to help grow the business. The company is definitely growing, too.

      Cons

      Low compensation; goals are often unrealistic; there are a few egos to beware of.

      the dogs are great and the job itself is pretty simple, their mission is great, store management is good, generally positive atmosphere

      Cons

      the company doesn't take care of its employees, lots of turnover, clientele can be terrible, not a lot of opportunity for growth

      They don't value employees, little pay for the work, lack of structure, poor management. Only profit focused. No room to grow; dead end job.
