Big potential, but leadership and culture is poor

In theory doing something positive for the world by helping people raise money for charities and if they knew what they were doing there is big potential in the service.

Cons

No career path, poor/terrible leaders who are in their position due to nepotism and length of service, stealing from users (most people aren't aware they are tipping as part of their making a donation). Leadership do their best to make people focus on the good bits and hide the theft as much as possible.
