You can be a small part of some great fundraising stories and salaries are often phenomenal.

Cons

You soon get a moral question over whether you're actually helping when you realise just how much money is taken from donors, for shareholders. Staff are grossly overpaid but publicly we say it's because we want the best employees. That's not necessarily true. You soon ask questions whether you feel comfortable literally taking money off people in desperate need, for profit. Greed has overtaken purpose . Lots of staff will privately say working at JustGiving is charity enough which isn't a great view for actually making the world a better place. There's a published mission, and then there's reality.
