-Tons of insane growth which allows for a lot of personal growth. You can take on a lot of responsibility very quickly and work well beyond your original scope. -Management is very mission driven so decisions are made with purpose. -The office environment is always buzzing and you feel like you’re really a part of something big. -Standard tech company basics - good pay, benefits, food, etc.

Cons

-Your typical scaling problems - we’re hiring very quickly and there are hiccups along the way. -Dogpatch location doesn’t make for the easiest commute. Cramped office space but we are expanding into other offices and locations in the near future. -If you're not good at creating your own boundaries you'll end up working really long hours.

Our recent growth has been exceptional and we’re grateful for all of our employees for bearing with us through this time. We recently purchased a 28-story building in the heart of San Francisco, our home and our community!

Sloppy managers who are out of touch, entitled team leads and lots of cattyness. CEO is cruel and rude. Hire fast fire fast mentality continues to contribute to team breakdowns and lack of consistent performance and culture
